Guilty as charged, Cheryl.
I do like to tweak. If Dali
don’t like it, no lawyer will
Salvador me.

My dad owned a couple of Salvador Dalis in his art collection.
They were watercolours he had done for a series of watercolours he did on the theme of Dante’s Divine Comedy.
Unfortunately when my dad died from cancer and they were dividing up the Estate, the Executor set the date of Canadian Thanksgiving Monday in 2010 to come to my dad’s house and the heirs would grab the paintings on a first come first serve basis.
Unfortunately the idiot I was depending on for a ride to drive me to my dad’s house was late on arriving to pick me up and I was 20 minutes late past the appointed time when the selecting started.
And my sister had already grabbed the two Salvador Dalis by the time I got there.
That Dali painting of the lobster phone- I didn’t know Dali had ever painted a picture like that.
I’ll have to work it into one of my vampire novel chapters featuring Michelangelo the Psychic Lobster sometime.

Yes, Set Enterprise is the place
that piece. It actually sits in
a glass tank at the Tate, in
London. Perhaps Pan Goatee
could be sent on an errand?

Yes, I imagine Pan Goatee could be sent to pick up the lobster phone.

My commiserations Chris.
I know how you must feel,
for I too have ‘Family’.

Set Enterprises(plural, for they have
their claws in many a Lobster Mornay)
is the place for such a piece. At least
to keep Michelangelo company.

Thank you, Elle.
I did have to transverse
the planet Earth, for the
Dali’s. Not much Down Under.

Morning. Jeez Louise… I love Dali and I have my own Narcissus story. But low and behold. I find this painting of Dali. Thanks for sharing!

Ochre is in fashion this
season, according to the fashionistas, Gina.
I’m currently covered in red
dust from the Aussie outback.
So I must be contemporary vintage.

I like my name rhyming with the current trendsetters. oh red dust, hope not any red backers
contemporary vintage is super cool!

Thanks for that Gina …
The classic look
is always a winner 🏆.
And don’t worry . . .
the redbacks only bite
if they’re lonely.
It’s the crocs who seem
to be always hungry.
