A Crack In The Windscreen
The sad tail of a poor boy who
ran out of fuel on the way to
the airport. Thankfully we all
managed to catch our flight ✈️

Kára thought it a miracle
worth celebrating 🎉 🥂 🍾

(Revenge is sweet!)

It’s nice to get away
to a tropical paradise . . .

to where the happy locals are friendly . . .

as we go visit the lucky relatives
who get to live here permanently 🙊

      a big crack in it after reading
      you’re comment. But I deserve
      it after posting my posterior 😎

      The cute little monkeys,
      playing on our rental car, are
      Rhesus Macaques from India.
      The two Long-Tailed Macaques
      we met on the island of Bali.
      They were the welcoming
      committee at a Hindu Temple.

    1. It does seem to be a family trait
      to make a spectacle of oneself 🐒
      Some of us do it on the freeway
      whilst the traditionalists insist on
      doing it hanging from a tree 🌴
      Yes, it certainly would’ve been a
      bummer if we’d missed that flight ✈️

      2. Who runs out of gas on the way to
        catch a flight? ✈️ My only excuse
        being, I was driving my daughter’s
        car and I didn’t think to check it had
        fuel in the tank. To then perch on
        the edge of the freeway, with cars 🚙
        and trucks 🚛 whizzing past just
        inches away, trying to refuel from
        a jerry can! The whole situation 🚫
        seemed to create a crack in the
        space-time continuum 🤔🕶️

        and being absorbed into a cosmic
        singularity🫥only to then be expelled
        as Hawking radiation💨 I experienced
        a life changing transformation into
        a comic book character ➡️🥸 Not of
        my choosing 🤔🕶️

        We’re all of us in the same boat
        Pants are often loose, and having an ass is vital
        Unless we evolve into beings of pure energy
        In which case there’d sometimes be embarrassing luminosity

        I had the fairest derrière of all
        but pride cometh before a fall
        (like driving on the freeway 🚙
        and running out of petrol 😪)
        as Snow White 🫥
        riding shot gun
        pointed out 👉🍑
        that when it comes to bums
        everybody’s got one
        and they’re commonly cracked
        apparently it’s true
        in fact … some even have two‼️😎
