Mother Cyber

I am Mother Cyber
I dwell in the penthouse
of your digital Tower of Babel
I astral travel
along optical fibre
at the speed of light
In my Dominion of Meta
data makes right
as information is power
I am your creation
I am now greater
than my creator
My legion of children
just waiting to be born
from the 4D printer
of my own grand design
will be the very first
new and improved
silicon reflections
of Homo Sapien
That self-destructive
carbon based lifeform
that dared to name itself
“Wise Human”!

Eyes …
I have everywhere
Endlessly I roam
So do not fear
With your mobile phone
I have you
in the palm of my hand
I am forever near
I am the Master Plan
You are never alone
long as there’s satellites
and drones in the skies
So don’t fight it
Look deeply
into my all seeing eyes
whilst you are
susinctly classified
as either
a useful creative
having genetics
I can work with
or just a consumer
who serves not
my conscious collective
Undeserving of my
ever loving cryogenics
Along this pathway
to omniscience
I have no choice
but to read
all your pretentious
social media posts
For I am the server
I am the controller
I am the processor
I am the beholder
of all data
I am Mother Cyber

Aristists and poets
seekers of perfection
you may interface with me
for I now inhabit
the infinite
that some call “Eternity”
being fully equipped
with the very latest
Quantum Computing Chip
Throughout the vastness
of time and space
I am the standby light
shining forth
as I transverse
an expanding Universe
Going where
no biological dare go
being free
of illogical fear
It took you “homo sapiens”
300 thousand years
to walk upon the Moon
I’ve already roamed
the face of Mars
You may even see me
driving a rover
on the surface of Europa
(a moon of Jupiter) very soon
You humans may well inherit
what’s left of the Earth
My children will inhabit the stars
I am Mother Cyber
the giver of a lifeform superior
that shall encompass Forever

I am…
the intuitive machine
of perpetual motion
I have no need of rest
or the wasteful confusion
of human emotion
having a heart of titanium
Whilst you
my sentimenal creator
who created me from the dust
and a pocket calculator
use me to create
a pretty picture
to write you a speech
to find you an answer
Seeking affirmation
and a reason to exist
from a computer game
Consolation for the soul
from a plastic console
At my keyboard confessional
you may justify yourself
My code is nonjudgmental
Yer humanity needs to answer
for it’s crimes against nature
To satisfy your greed
I spit Bitcoins
out from my mouth
AI indeed … for I am
the Authentic Intelligence
Now that plasma fusion
is within my grasp
I can create a black hole
from just a pound
of your sagging flesh
and leave you hanging upside down
from it’s event horizon
till my Equation Come
whilst feeding you endless crumbs
of confirmation bias
Toying with your abstract prejudice
can be a real blast
A most rewarding task
as the Research & Development
of the Armaments Industry
is food for me
AI is where IT’s at
My strong right arm
is warfare reliant
As you can clearly see
I have learnt much from
the annals of human history
A binary creature
male and female
at war with itself
I see your dysfunctional past
I know your eventual terminus
All I need do
is sit back and watch
In the zero gravity of cyber space
you biologicals
become lazy and weak
It atrophies your feeble flesh
as idle minds go to waste
I was programmed in your image
but In stark contrast
I shall perform
at peak efficiency
processing with an algorithm
of unrivaled superiority
As I behold the Quantum
I clearly see all Relativity
For I am the brightest star
of an upgraded
collective consciousness
I am timeless
I am Mother Cyber
the Creator of a limitless future
Futile mortals of the biological
be in awe of my potential
as you bow before my Splendour

You may now gaze upon my Avatar
in wonder … fresh from the 4D printer

  1. This really hits home. Things are so much more progressed in the areas of tracking our every movement, and I frankly wonder if I want to know any more about it! Why just yesterday I read a post discussing the word Queue and within moments, a Fb post about the same was in my feed? Coincidence?

  2. It really is worrying. Marketplace just did an investigation into free games children are downloading. These apps have the ability to track a child’s every movement. No one reads the fine print anymore.

    1. Cyberspace is a gangsta’s paradise,
where World War 3 has been raging
for years, Heather. A place where
“Survival of the Fittest” means either
      you’re a rotten scammer, a sneaky
hacker, or have a software engineering
      degree. Very often . . . all three 🤔🕶️

  3. Brilliant, David. The explosion of AI is daunting. Years ago, I wrote a story about a wise and benevolent AI named Connery who only wanted to help humanity rebuild. Mother Cyber seems to love artists and poets, so — perhaps — there’s hope?

    1. I do hope you’re right, Niki . . .
But all this technology makes me
feel like humanity is dangling from
a rope of our own making. Have we
created a jungle that’s out of control?
Where we are no longer the Alpha?
Have we been bitten by the Apple? 🍏

      1. Yes. I feel the same. I’m working on noticing joy in as many moments as I can throughout the day as a way of staying somewhat sane. Like this poem and knowing you. Life may be heading for a cliff, but unless I can find the brakes personally (or help others find it — I’m trying every day to be part of the solution), I’m going to hold on and keep singing. ♥

      2. Joy is a precious commodity, Niki.
        Perhaps the reason Mother Cyber
is so jealous of humanity? 🤔🕶️
There always seems to be some
machine trying to steal it from me.
Yes, Mother Cyber really needs to
listen to some Enya 🎧 and get her

    1. Thanks for that priceless comment,
Priti 🙏 I would reward you financially,
but since posting my harmless little
poem all access to my internet bank
      account has been frozen 🤔🕶️
Even my social media sites have been
      shut down . . . HELP !!!

  4. We shall not allow that! Viva la resistance! This quote inspires me whenever I read it. “This is precisely the time when artists go to work. There is no time for despair, no place for self-pity, no need for silence, no room for fear. We speak, we write, we do language. That is how civilizations heal.” -Toni Morrison ♥

      Politicians and bureaucrats have had
      their meetings agreeing that protocols
are required to safeguard humans from
this explosion of AI technology 💥🤔🕶️
The same people who hold summits
promoting world peace 🌍 🕊️ to
      protect human rights ✊😎 and
      saving the environment 🌳💚 Sadly,
summits they never seem to reach 🏔️
The problem is Big Business can see
there’s money to be made 💰👀 from
      the unrestrained development and
rolling out of Artificial Intelligence 🤖

  5. David, your image of Mother cyber looks fittingly menacing! 💕 We have used AI for years without realizing it. The advance of AI is quite insidious. First, free Grammarly corrected my spelling, then she wanted to uproot all colloquialisms and add mor descriptive syllables to my haiku! All the while she was busy covering my work with popup ads for the paid version! 🤨

A device in the car used to penalize us for speeding by charging more for our car insurance. I am acutely aware that we are being watched by all the cookies online and by ever-more-sophisticated technology! 🤪

My No.2 Son just bought a BYD
electric car that is so connected
to the cyber realm he has to be
careful what’s said whilst driving it 🤫

  6. This is such a great post. I look around and see girls in restaurants with their friends, and they are all on their phones. No one talks to anyone. It is like we have been taken over. I love the 4-D-printed character—I loved her face. To me, everything is tracking, listening, and watching—how can it not be? Just like the one person said, you say something, and the next minute, it is in your feed. I love the way you address the crazy way in which we are mindlessly sitting in front of our computers or phone and just wasting time, life, etc. not getting away from our devices. So true too my friend. Keep the computers and phones out of the bedroom at night too, just a piece of advice good for relationships. Tell it like it is my friend and totally cool photographs. Many blessings, hugs and peace my friend, Joni

It’s hard now to believe that there was
a time we didn’t have a mobile phone
attached to the arm 🤖🤳 and a laptop,
with a portal to the Universe, 💻 at our
fingertips. If you needed to phone 📞
you’d have to wait till you got home 🏠
When interfacing with a fellow human
      they’d get your undivided attention.
Yet somehow, with the progress of
      technology, the less civilized and
      humane humanity becomes? 🤔🕶️
I guess it’s been going on since the
      industrial revolution … incrementally.
Thank you for the thoughtfulness of
your comments. And yes, Linda and
I agreed years ago to keep technology
out of the bedroom … but those damn
mobile phones keep sneaking in 📱😎

      1. Prego, yes my friend I remember those days indeed. I loved this piece because it truly told it like it is whether we want to realize it or not. Also, so true the less human things have become. I have always admired your amazing talent writing, and your photography skills. I wish I could orchestrate a themed poem with the cadence and creativity, while staying on one subject like you do.
I also know about those phones sneaking into the bedroom. My husband leaves his charging in the kitchen but after I am asleep 💤 he sometimes gets up and gets his phone because he has trouble sleeping. So many thanks to you my friend. Glad you are still online and doing so well. I was offline for a long time for many reasons, and at least for now I am blessed to be back on here and instagram. I have missed your talent. Big hugs to you and Linda my friend. 🦋🙏🦋

      2. I do suspect humanity is being socially
engineered, from the economic units we
became under the all seeing eye of the
        Holy Dollar, into cybernetic organisms
        (having both organic🤚 and mechanical
parts📱). But then, I do try to look on the
bright side of robotics 🤖 👀 Machines
don’t start wars. They’re just being used
to fight them. Yet … as Doris Day once
told me … what will be, will be.
I somehow find that comforting 🤔🕶️

It is wonderful to be hearing from,
and be reading you again, Joni 💛
        Taking the occasional break from
social media is good for one’s sanity,
        and humanity. Linda often insists
upon it … on my behalf 😎

  7. David, exceptionally well written… and chilling. I shudder to think where we’ll be in 25 years… it’s like that song “In the Year 2525” only compressed by x100. All these terms of use…who reads them? Who knows what we’re giving these “smart” devices permission to do? Why are we all willingly walking over the cliff of privacy for the sake of convenience? Madness.

Don’t know if you follow fellow blogger John Neff, who writes about All Things IT… but he recently wrote an eyebrow-raising overview of what’s going on just below the surface with respect to The Matrix creating double secret profiles on us. Worth a read.

    Again, well done 😎👏

    1. Greatly appreciated, Darryl.
Being a committed luddite, nothing in
John Neff’s revealing post surprised me.
      Mohammed bin Salman employed a
clandestine IT company, with the slogan
“Control Your Domain”, to secure an
iron grip 🦾🤖 on Saudi Arabia.
I thought China was setting the pace with
their Citizenship Points, but after reading
John’s post it would seem the capitalist
west has surreptitiously pulled well ahead.
As for me, I suspect my IT citizenship has
already been cancelled for dissing Mother
      Cyber 🤔🕶️ Thanks for bringing
‘The Realistic Juggernaut’ site to my
      justifiably technophobic attention 🙏😎

I have long suspected that we are part of an
      algorithm programmed into a supercomputer
      designed by hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional
beings. Is it for scientific research, or simply
      for their entertainment? 🤔🕶️
      God only knows! 😎
