Heartbreakers Gonna Break

. . . Break . . .

. . . Break . . .

. . . Break . . .

. . . Break . . .

And the fakers gonna fake . . .

Another Supermarket Rip-Off‼️
Shake it off . . . I shake it off 😎👍

(It wasn’t me … I swear ✋️😎)

(It must’ve been Winona Ryder 🤔🕶)

Perhaps a creative bit of work creation?

    1. Coincidence? 🤔🕶 I think not, Liz.
The extensive smashing of the local
      supermarket windows (like every one
broken) was the very next day after a
guilty verdict, with an impending $150
million fine for ripping consumers off 🙌
      Somebody obviously got angry!

      1. I believe there’s even a bible verse
        to cover that particular subject:

“A false balance & dishonest business
practices are extremely offensive to the
Lord, but an accurate scale is His delight”

        ~Proverbs 11:1 (Amplified)

    1. Upon first contact, and
      surrounded by broken glass,
I was feeling rather alienated 👽
      There was shards of violence
on the retail dance floor 💃🛒🕺
But then, what would I know
      about consumer law? I’m no
      revolutionary insurrectionist 🤔🕶
      More an indentured reactionary.
Thanks for not throwing the first
stone, as that would be extremely
      naughty 🚫 😎

      1. Ah, so not a rebel… just a reflective soul accidentally cast in a supermarket tragedy.
There you were, surrounded by shattered transparency and wounded discounts, contemplating consumer law like it was a distant galaxy. Very avant garde.
Rest assured, no stones from this side. I travel light — only carrying wit. 😃😎

    1. Thanks, Sara.
On that subject, here’s my favourite
      quote of the week:

“Instead of working for a nice life,
we’re working to line the pockets
of billionaires. We are being bled dry.”

      1. I worked in Woolworths for about a year and while all the staff were great, the management was terrible. I learned all their sneaky tricks and so let thieves get away whenever I saw them. I’ve always thought that it is ok to steal from corporations. 👍 🤣

Tip for the bold: Staff in supermarkets are not allowed to touch customers and not allowed to block your exit, so if something were to accidentally fall into your pockets, just don’t listen to them and go on your way. Video is often given to the police though so you might not want to try this in your local Woolworths or Coles.

NB: I am not suggesting that you do this, but you might have second thoughts when you see others doing it.

      2. Thanks for that tip, Shaun 😎👍
When it comes to giving yourself
        a five finger discount 🖐 I’d leave
it to the experts, the Supermarket
executives. When it comes to retail
crime they’re at the top of the food
        chain. Overcharging customers is
just the tip of the iceberg lettuce,
so to speak. What they do to the
        suppliers is mafia style extortion.
