      1. I could partly understand the whole fuss about Donetsk and Luhansk coz I heard/read some pretty bad stories about how Ukraine’s been treating the Russians there since the revolution. I can’t and will not understand Kiev. Too much is too much.

  1. “Anthem”
    The birds they sang
    At the break of day
    Start again
    I heard them say
    Don’t dwell on what
    Has passed away
Or what is yet to be.
    Ah the wars they will
    Be fought again
    The holy dove
    She will be caught again
    Bought and sold
    And bought again
    The dove is never free.

      1. Peace my Friend …

They shall be remembered for ever,
They shall be alive for ever,
They shall be speaking for ever,
The people shall hear them for ever.

        Let the sea bear witness,
        Let the wind bear witness,
        Let the earth bear witness,
        Let the fire bear witness,
        Let the dew bear witness,
        Let the stars bear witness!

    1. Exactly, people at best hope war’s not near when there’s less of it, but, without evolutionary growth universally, it’s always just a matter of time before war, the half of the duality that pays so much more, is engineered and purposely not prevented. That tool of segue used by the convolution to just near man to extinction, they think, and pandemic will be the end of US ) reality

      1. When there’s division,
        where’s the blessing?
        Tribalism, nationalism,
        and rabid religiosity …
        not to mention the envy,
        corruption, and greed.

        “How long can I listen
        to the lies of prejudice?
        How long can I stay
        drunk on fear
        out in the wilderness?
        Can I cast it aside
all this loyalty and this pride?
        Will I ever learn
        that there’ll be no peace
        that the war won’t cease
        until He returns.”

    1. If only Vladimir Putin had been
given a copy of that iconic album,
      ‘The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan’,
when he was young he may
      have become a peacenik ☮️
      rather than a fascist autocrat,
      after doing his apprenticeship
with the KGB 🚫 Who knows?
The answer is blowin’ in the wind.

    1. I certainly hope not, Carolyn 🙏
      I suspect, after surrounding the
      Ukraine with troops weeks ago,
Putin waited to see the West’s
reaction. After it was clear that
no one was willing to intervene
military, the door was open and
      Putin pounced. He couldn’t care
      less about economic sanctions.
He has his luxury mansion paid
for by his own corruption & rich
      friends. Plus it’s the common
Russian folk who will suffer the
      consequences. Certainly not
      Emperor Vladimir the Great 👑
Putin is a shrewd opportunist, so
I don’t believe he is crazy enough
      to attack a NATO country.

      1. Following in the tradition
of Vlad the Impaler, with the
        Red Army behind him …
or more correctly, in front of him.
        Just like Joseph Stalin, who
        managed to kill more people
        than Adolf Hitler. How quickly
        the world forgets, condemning
the future to repeat the past.

    1. Since the Tower of Babel
      Kings and Pharaohs
      have built great pyramids
      and splendid monuments
      to their giant sized egos
      having won many
      a blood thirsty battle
      Pure evil perpetually
      emboldened and enabled
      The slaughter of innocents
      an everyday occurrence
      just as when Cain
      murdered brother Abel
      A crime that still echoes
      throughout space and time
      with no meaningful resistance

  2. This shattered me, David. Brilliant video to most brilliant Mr. Dylan’s razor sharp words. I agree with Jesus. Walking away reeling. I can’t even believe this (and all the other atrocities going on at any given moment for the basest reasons imaginable) is happening. Thank You. ☮️💕☮️🙏🏼☮️

    1. I trust that Putin will find he’ll
      eventually be reaping that which
      he has sowed, destructive oblivion,
      as Hitler and Mussolini discovered.
Unfortunately it won’t be a case of
instant karma, but sooner or later …
I do hope that it’s just him who’ll
suffer, and not all of Russia 🙏 🇷🇺

  3. Wow David great post. The interaction alone was outstanding. I am just praying about the Ukrainian people and that God will stop this mad man before World War III. When we get blown up at least I with be with my Father in heaven but it is a very sad state of affairs. Terrific post. Interesting comments from everyone. Big hugs and blessings David to your sweetheart too. Love to you both. 🤗🤗🦋

    1. Many of the elderly Ukrainians,
      who’ve survived the criminal
      Russian bombardment of civilian
      dwellings, remember when the
      Nazis invaded 80 years ago.
It would seem the more things
change, the more they stay the
      same, Joni 💛 💙 🇺🇦
I do see the geopolitical situation
coming into focus for an eventual
slide into the end zone . Yet there
is so much more to happen before
the Prince of Peace returns 🙏
Do not let your heart be troubled
by the machinations of evil men,
for we’ve been given a sure guide
for what’s to go down, and a King
who will forever rule and reign ✝️
      every situation.
Thanks for all your good wishes,
      Joni 🙏 💐😎

    1. Being a Dylan classic, it is timeless
… as long as man behaves in such
      a tribal aggressive fashion towards
his fellow man. The lyrics highlight
the devious motives of those who
      promote needless violence and
      bloodshed.
Great to hear from you again, Cara.
